The meeting is to be held on December 11 at 1:00 PM in Hamilton City Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 71 Main St. West.
Pre-registered speakers may e-mail our office to place their name on the list of speakers.
Once the list of pre-registe
red speakers is exhausted, other members of the public will be asked to come forward to speak (meaning you do NOT have to pre-register in order to speak, but it is encouraged)
The report will be provided online by Wednesday the 28th on the City of Hamilton website.
Speakers are limited to 5 minute presentations
